Very interesting article. I have not read Pandemia myself. I actually just couldn't muster any interest. RFK Jr.'s book, by contrast, has been fabulous, truly a MUST-READ.

I’ve always had a twinge of suspicion regarding Berenson, and his latest odd attack on Malone definitely heightens that suspicion. However, it comes so far out of left field... is such an obviously sour note, that I’m struggling to think what his strategy was here? I can only speculate, but it reminds me of what happened with another controlled opposition figure from years past.

Sibel Edmonds gained a significant, influential following in the truth movement years ago, after writing a book called “Classified Woman” and doing several successful interviews with the supremely honest journalist James Corbett. At the time, the information she brought forth was considered to be somewhat revelatory regarding 911, Operation Gladio, and several other topics. Then, in a flash, she was made to self-detonate by her Turkish-intelligence handlers, releasing a serious of bizarre videos attacking her truth-movement allies, destroying her credibility in a self-evidently contrived manner, and nullifying all her previous truth telling, much of which is now considered inaccurate. I’ll spare the details, but it did sow a measure of division in the alt media at the time.

Berenson’s attacks on Malone remind me of the Edmonds debacle. That he, Berenson, is controlled opposition, serving the purpose of a limited hangout, but the Covid truth movement has picked up so much steam (particularly with the Malone/Rogan interview) that Alex has been made to self-detonate by his handlers, sewing division and attempting to mar Malone’s reputation in the process. I could be wrong, and time will tell, but I’ll be very interested to see how Berenson behaves from here on out.

Have not read Pandeima, I've been following Alex on Substack so I figured I knew most of what was in there. I have read RFK Jr's book and it's right up there with the best books I've ever read. It might be the most important book of our time.

I'm with Dr. Malone, Alex is acting like controlled opposition.

Is not adjusted for the 0.6% annual growth, but....

THE 2020 LOCKDOWNS COST SOME 160,000 AMERICAN LIVES.

The economic cost of the lockdowns has been huge. The number of lives lost to the lockdowns has been enormous. Here we estimate the number of United States lives lost to the lockdowns during the year 2020. Below are the weekly non-covid deaths for 2019 and 2020 (from late March) as recorded by the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention).

Each date is a Saturday.

The second column is the number of non-covid deaths for the week (in 2019) ending on the date in the first column.

The third column is the number of non-covid deaths for the week (in 2020) ending on the date in the fourth column.

The non-covid death numbers for 2019 are just the usual morbidity numbers (covid played no part here).

The 2020 non-covid death numbers are as provided by the CDC here.

The last row is the totals of the columns 2 and 3.

Some deaths in Dec 2020 will be vaccine related.

From this one can conclude that the 2020 lockdowns caused around 2,306,412 - 2,148,792 = 157,620 extra deaths in the U.S.

Consider also, that many of the covid deaths were in reality non-covid deaths.

I’m so late on this but just wanted to point out one thing about berenson’s insistence that Covid is deadly. He says half a million more Americans died in 2020. Well guess what? Between 500.000 and 1 million people a year immigrate to the us. It’s been decreasing the last few years but the number is still close to half a million!

You can’t look at raw numbers. More people equals more deaths.

From the census bureau:

Nationally, net international migration continues to decrease, falling to 595,348 between 2018 and 2019. Between 2010 and 2019, the year with the highest net international migration was 2016 at 1,046,709; however, since 2016, the net international migration has been gradually decreasing each year.
