Hey Max,
Ryan Dunfee here from TGR. We (editorial team) saw your FB post this afternoon and got into reading your extensive blog entry about the company and myself, and will admit that I was flattered at the length (as a person who is wordy himself) to which you wrote to make your points.
I myself have always had many of your accusations/observations in mind as I have thought about my purpose/goals/motivation to be both in the ski industry itself and working at TGR in particular, and see many of your points as valid. I have read your blog at various junctures over the past year or so as a thought piece to contrast my own efforts to understand and motivate my own sense of environmentalism, especially in the context of the ski community. I like to think I'm aware of my own hypocrisies, but am always open to the idea of being one of the sheep.
At any rate, I only wanted to get in touch to see if I could buy you lunch sometime soon. I appreciate meeting people in the ski community who think beyond the next powder turn and you clearly put a lot of effort and dedication into the beliefs you espouse, which I respect. Let me know if you might be available for lunch at the Coach sometime soon.
Sincerely, Ryan AUTHOR: Ryan Dunfee AUTHOR EMAIL: ryandunfee85@gmail.com AUTHOR URL: http://TGR SUBJECT: Sheepeater Contact Submission IP: 69.20.143.77 Array ( [Name] => Ryan Dunfee [Email] => ryandunfee85@gmail.com [Website] => TGR [Comment] => Hey Max,
